Supported Employment: Sertoma Center’s staff offers job development
services, placement, career development, counseling, supervision, training,
and support. Supported employment opportunities are provided on the
employer’s job site. Trained job coaches play a pivotal role in the
employee’s growth, development and successful placement in both individual
and team positions. Satisfied clients include the Public Building Authority,
Roadway Express, and Knox County Parks and Recreations.
Work Procurement Center: Sertoma supports individuals with intellectual disabilities in our in-house work site where work adjustment methodologies develop skills, good work ethics and habits, attention to task, frustration tolerance, and the ability to relate to supervision.
Hire us and be free from payroll expenses. Your only cost is a small fee for every unit we produce. We cover all supervisory and payroll expenses!
