Direct Support Professional
These positions provide support and instruction to our consumers that promotes independence and self advocacy, offers choices, and is based on a person-centered plan. Responsibilities include coordinating activities, maintaining the health, welfare and safety of our consumers and documenting the progress of persons served.
Available shifts include first, second and third shifts as well as weekends and on call staffing.
Basic requirements include a high school diploma or GED, an active Class D driver’s license, a good driving record, and passing a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check.
LPN
These positions are needed to work with adults with disabilities in a homelike setting. They provide support and instruction to our consumers that promotes independence and self advocacy, offers choices, and is based on a person-centered plan. Responsibilities include providng skilled nursing duties, coordinating activities, maintaining the health, welfare and safety of our consumers and documenting the progress of persons served.
Available shifts include first, second and third shifts as well as weekends and on call staffing.
